Often times people search for their dream home, but they neglect the area.  If you find a home in you love, in an area that you don’t, then you’ll be looking at moving again soon.  The neighborhoods listed below are some of the friendliest, nicest, areas to live in for all of Marietta.

Marietta Georgia houses are only seventeen miles away from downtown Atlanta. That means that you can live far enough away from the city to avoid feeling congested, but at the same time, you are as close to the party as only a half hour away.

This part of Georgia has some of the most beautiful homes that you will be able to find. Some of them can range as high as $5,500,000! If that is a little bit out of your price range, a majority of the homes range between $200,000 – $500,000. You will surely be able to find something you love in that range.

There are also a variety of condominiums and townhouses in Marietta as well. These can range from anywhere between $75K – $300K and you should find exactly what you are looking for. Condominiums are typically nicer for people who are in the area temporarily, or are looking for a nice starter home. Townhouses typically include a small plot of land that you can take care of. Townhouses are nice for young, small families, and also for those who are looking to retire and don’t want to much to take care of while you take it easy inside or go see the world.
