Madison Hall

Madison Hall homes are in a beautiful surrounding and are beautiful homes to live in. These are stately homes with beautiful bricks, and lush green lawns. Prices here are in the millions range. The Hightower Trail Middle School is directly across the pristine lake from Madison Hall. Going around the lake is a very comfortable and safe walking distance for children here.

Madison Hall homes can be accessed by entering the Post Oak Tritt road which is off of Johnson Ferry Road. After Post Oak Tritt Road, turn North up Long Grove Drive.

Madison Woods

Madison Woods are on the far west side of Marietta, and are some of the best value homes in the city. These homes are still large, but are a fifth of the cost of the Madison Hall homes.

These homes can be accessed off of Midway Road, Madison Woods Drive, and Mayes Farm Road. Oregon Park is a short distance from Madison Woods.
